This is a 15 minute overview of the general functionality of HRS Pro. This movie is designed to let the user get a visual feel for the layouts, and the general overview of some of the functionality that HRS has to offer, purely from a look and feel point of view.

CV Parsing

This movie covers the area of recruiting that most consultants find extremely time consuming. The CV parsing in HRS extracts the name, address, phone numbers, and emails, while examining previous employment history and autoskilling. It also allows the user to create company records for targeting directly out of that candidates CV.

Candidate Searching

The candidate searching facility in HRS allows the user to create a Boolean range of search criteria in any field that exists within HRS, including the CV text. Within the search area, it is possible to limit the search results to a specific postcode range, for example, 25 miles from Reading.

Job Activity Workflow

The most time consuming role any consultant has is creating a comprehensive workflow that has an instant audit trail. With HRS Pro V9 this is no longer an issue. Workflow items are created directly from a candidate record, or a search result, or just from the list view of a group of candidates. Choose from whether you want to create your own process, repeat a process or simply follow our recommendations. It is extremely flexible and very easy to use.

Skills Matching

There is no better way to match the skills of a candidate to other candidates, companies and jobs within HRS. The skills match area also allows the user to filter in or out criteria that will make the match results more accurate. It is also possible to skill match by creating the criteria that you desire.

Styled Emails

With the ever growing demand for company branding, html styled emails have become the norm and with HRS, html styled emails are built into the product. All you need to do is paste in your signature from your Outlook and Entourage, and style the text of your email as you type. The entire email is translated into html for PCs, and Rich text for Macs instantly. The same applies for Mail merges.

Email to Candidate

With HRS Pro V9 we have not only introduced 2 way emails, which allows you to import emails directly into a contact or candidate’s record, but also we have created a window that allows the use to perform CV Parsing, directly from that email, creating a record, auto populating the database fields, and also autoskilling that record at the same time.

People Networking

The people networking section of HRS has been introduced to add an extremely important aspect to candidate searching – Networking. This area shows all that contacts colleagues, and also a list of contacts that have been added to a particular network. Building target list can be done directly from this area.

Retainer Invoices

The executive search firms would be interested in the way HRS deals with invoicing retainers directly out of a job record. This area makes it possible to also view the progress and re-invoice or generate further invoices as appropriate.

CV for Emailing

CV for Emailing is a new feature of HRS Pro V9 that allows for instant creation of CVs that the user would like to have created for emailing to clients. It is possible to have as many as you want store in the list of documents, tagging the cv that you intent to have emailed with the appropriate flag.

CV text Highlight

Highlighting the text within a CV is a quick and simple process in HRS, and allows the user to instantly see, with BOLD RED highlighted text, where in the CV a specific bit of text is, making it easier to know whether the CV on view is the right CV for your client.

General Reports

HRS comes with 35 built in reports covering general consultant reporting, commissions due, financial statements and successful candidate saucing. Managers have the ability to allow consultants to view specific reports by giving them access, and all reports can be printed or exported to Excel.

LongList Reports

The people to a job couldn’t be easier. The long list movie shows how easy it is to get groups of people in and out of longlists associated to a job and how the report then flows from that job.
